First Exchange: Laying the Foundation for Collaboration and Shaping the Technology Blueprint Together (July 2025)
In July 2025, Dr. Gu Yao and his team from Mengniu Group–Modern Dairy visited Sinboda for the first time. After gaining an in-depth understanding of Sinboda’s technological capabilities in single-cell micro/nano manipulation platforms, Dr. Gu’s team presented specific product application requirements for bovine oocyte breeding and production. In response, the Sinboda team developed a project roadmap and product development plan, while also conducting preliminary planning for a product portfolio tailored to bovine oocyte applications.
The Sinboda team systematically presented its technological expertise, core algorithm capabilities, and software and hardware R&D achievements in single-cell micro/nano manipulation and livestock breeding equipment, and accompanied Dr. Gu’s team on a tour of its R&D and production facilities. The two sides conducted professional evaluations and practical discussions on key topics including equipment performance specifications, adaptability to dairy farm environments, and data acquisition and analysis, and quickly initiated software and hardware development for bovine oocyte breeding applications.
With strong alignment in both technological concepts and product development directions, the two sides reached a preliminary consensus on the cooperation prospects and implementation pathway for bovine oocyte equipment, laying a solid foundation of mutual trust for deeper collaboration.

Second Exchange: Going Deep into Real-World Operations to Precisely Align with Application Needs (September 2025)
In September 2025, the Sinboda team conducted an on-site visit to a dairy farm in Tongliao, gaining first-hand insight into the operational workflows and expert practices involved in oocyte collection and production.
Under the guidance of Mengniu’s expert team, Sinboda carried out extensive oocyte collection operations and data annotation, completing the data acquisition and labeling required for image-based model training. The oocyte samples and annotated data were provided by Mengniu, establishing a solid data foundation for the training and optimization of the algorithmic models. This in-depth field experience gave Sinboda a deeper understanding of what it means to develop products truly suited to real dairy farm operations, while enabling both sides to reach a higher level of alignment on the precision and adaptability of the technical solutions.
Based on first-hand feedback from the field study, the Sinboda team carried out targeted optimization and adjustments to the equipment, ensuring that the products could fully meet the core requirements of large-scale and standardized production in modern dairy farming.

Third Exchange: Completing Equipment Acceptance and Deepening Technical Collaboration (July 28, 2026)
On July 28, 2026, Dr. Gu Yao of Mengniu Group–Modern Dairy and his breeding team visited Sinboda again and successfully completed the on-site acceptance of the intelligent bovine oocyte breeding equipment. The two sides held in-depth discussions on the subsequent deployment of the equipment, optimization of core technology applications, and the overall project implementation schedule.

They also explored two potential follow-up collaboration projects in depth: an intelligent full-process embryo workstation and an automated semen-handling robot for intelligent breeding, further expanding the scope of cooperation.
During the acceptance process, Dr. Gu Yao’s team conducted a systematic inspection and evaluation of the equipment’s performance specifications, operational stability, and ease of use, and the equipment successfully passed acceptance.
Following the acceptance, both sides immediately held in-depth discussions on key aspects of the subsequent deployment of the intelligent bovine oocyte breeding equipment, including technical training, data integration, and operation and maintenance support. Each item was reviewed and confirmed in detail to ensure that every aspect of the project would be properly implemented.
Dr. Gu Yao noted that Modern Dairy places great importance on in-depth collaboration with companies that possess strong core technological innovation capabilities. He was highly impressed by Sinboda’s technical expertise and product maturity in the field of bovine oocyte equipment.
This successful acceptance and delivery marks an important milestone in the partnership between the two sides, signifying the transition of the bovine oocyte equipment from the R&D and validation stage to full-scale deployment and implementation on dairy farms. He looks forward to further deepening collaboration and jointly advancing the large-scale application of smart dairy farming technologies.

The Sinboda team extends its sincere appreciation to Dr. Gu Yao and his team for their strong recognition and positive feedback during the product acceptance process. Taking this milestone as a new starting point, Sinboda will continue to optimize product performance and service capabilities, ensuring the smooth deployment and efficient operation of the equipment on dairy farms. Together with Mengniu Group–Modern Dairy, Sinboda will continue to advance the high-quality development of smart dairy farming in China.
