October 21-23, 2025 – The 10th Congress of the Asian Federation of Laboratory Animal Science Associations (AFLAS) and the 18th Chinese Annual Meeting of Laboratory Animal Science and Technology were successfully held in Hangzhou. As a highly influential academic event in the field of laboratory animal science in Asia, this congress focused on cutting-edge industry trends, attracting over 1,000 scientific and technical professionals and featuring 98 enterprises in the laboratory animal sector. The meeting was distinguished by its high caliber, large scale, and broad coverage.大会1.jpg

Sinboda was honored to be invited to this prestigious event, sharing its philosophy of “AI for Life” – reshaping life sciences with engineering methods and artificial intelligence as the core paradigm – through a dedicated symposium presentation and booth exhibition, which garnered extensive attention and high praise from attending experts and scholars.

On October 23, Dr. Bing Li, CTO of Sinboda, delivered a special presentation titled “From Manual to Automated: The Path to Intelligent and High-Throughput Development of Microinjection Technology” at the Symposium on Laboratory Animal Resources and Models, sharing and discussing the intelligent development and application of micromanipulation technology with the audience.

The presentation focused on Sinboda’s core product, the AI-Controlled Single Cell In-suit Manipulator (ScimaX AI).  Dr. Li provided a detailed overview of the product's core technological advantages, functional features, and application scenarios. He also demonstrated the platform's outstanding performance in various cell injection and single-cell (adherent/suspension/oocyte) extraction and transfer through practical case studies, fully embodying the product’s characteristics of “Integrated System,” “Intelligent Operation,” “Broad Applicability,” and “Product Matrix.” This allows researchers to effortlessly master complex and precise operations, providing an intelligent technological solution for the construction of experimental animal models.

During the congress, Sinboda showcased the AI-Controlled Single Cell In-suit Manipulator ScimaX AI at its exhibition booth. Over the two-day exhibition, the booth attracted numerous attendees who stopped by to show interest and inquire. Sinboda’s sales, marketing, and technical teams actively engaged with visitors, presenting the product’s technical highlights and application cases, and exploring cutting-edge applications and potential collaboration opportunities. With a disruptive architecture that breaks through traditional limitations, the platform integrates core technologies such as high-end optical imaging, AI algorithms, and collaborative robotic manipulators, reconstructing the entire workflow of cell extraction, injection, and analysis. This ushers cell manipulation into a new intelligent paradigm of “Algorithm × Mechanical Synergy” for precise control. Compatible with adherent and suspension cells, small and large cells (oocytes/embryos), and live organisms (e.g., nematodes), ScimaX AI serves as an intelligent, mechanical, and fully integrated cell manipulation platform, providing a revolutionary universal technology foundation for gene editing, cell therapy, and rare cell clinical research.
