On September 14, 2024, as the Mid-Autumn Festival approached, Sinboda organized a team-building event themed “Full Moon, Boundless Joy,” aiming to allow all employees to enjoy the warmth and happiness of this traditional festival amid their busy work schedules.
All team members gathered together to welcome this culturally rich holiday. The venue was warmly and elegantly decorated, filled with a festive atmosphere. At the start of the event, the host introduced the activity schedule and encouraged everyone to actively participate and make this Mid-Autumn Festival a memorable one.
The event consisted of five segments: “Mooncake Workshop,” “Lantern Riddles under the Moon,” “Melodies of Mid-Autumn,” “Arriving with the Moon” (Mid-Autumn Knowledge Challenge), and “Digital Competition Workshop.” The first was an entertaining “Mooncake Workshop,” where each participant made mooncakes by hand, savoring the fruits of their labor and soaking in the festive spirit.
Following that, the “Lantern Riddles under the Moon” game ran throughout the event, blending wisdom with fun, allowing everyone to gain knowledge and strengthen friendships in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The “Melodies of Mid-Autumn” music session brought the atmosphere to a climax—as familiar tunes played, participants rushed to grab the microphone and sing along, with classic Mid-Autumn songs evoking cherished memories for everyone. The “Arriving with the Moon” knowledge challenge tested participants’ understanding of Mid-Autumn culture, covering festival origins, traditional customs, and poetry, sparking enthusiasm and thoughtful engagement. The team game “Digital Competition Workshop” combined teamwork with individual challenges, enhancing team cohesion through laughter and collaboration.
This Mid-Autumn team-building event not only provided a platform for employees to showcase themselves and strengthen friendships, but also further promoted the traditional culture of the Chinese nation.
